This a Bucket List.
It is not necessarily My Bucket List.
I came across this meme recently on Facebook. I thought it would be fun and interesting to try, kind of like a game of “I Never,” without the beer.
Mortality has been on my mind this week. So thinking about things I haven’t done in life, but may still want to try is timely.
Also, being that it is the last day of National Suicide Prevention Week, I like the idea of having a wonderful and inspiring list of things to come back to, especially the next time I am feeling down.
Though I have never been suicidal, I have been depressed in the past and will likely feel that way again. Thus I intend to revisit this list in the future, filled with so many awesome experiences to look forward to and live for.
In case you want to play along, here are the instructions: Place an X by all the things you’ve done.
If you do decide to participate and post a Bucket List (with your Xs) on your blog, Facebook or somewhere else, please let me know with a link in the comment section. I would love to check it out and see what we have in common!
For fun, I decided to bold the ones that I haven’t done and would like to do, or at least consider doing.
I also crossed out the ones I have no intention of ever doing and in many cases find scary.
