Just another quick post…
My “pregnancy present” just arrived in the mail!!! 🙂 I ordered it recently and it was supposed to actually be my Christmas present from Bob and Sean, but when we got our great news last week, I convinced Bob to let me start enjoying it whenever it arrived! 😉
It is a Chicago Bears replica women’s fitted football jersey with the player Cedric Benson’s last name on the back and number (32) on the front and back! Bob and Sean both got their own Benson #32 jerseys earlier this month, for their respective birthdays, from my parents. So I decided I wanted one too! But because the one I chose is a women’s fitted style, if I held out until Christmas, there is a decent chance my “baby bump” might make it too small for me to wear.
So Bob agreed that it could be a sort of pregnancy gift from Bob and Sean (even though he doesn’t know yet) to me in celebration of our little miracle on the way! 😉 Also, both Bob and I turned 32 years old this year, so it is cool that we both got our Benson #32 jerseys, with “Cousin” Cedric and our last name’s on the back, in the year we both turned 32! 🙂 It will be fun for Bob, Sean and I now to be able to all wear our matching jerseys on game days! Maybe when Baby Benson arrives, we can find an itty bitty Benson jersey for him or her to wear too! 😉
Go Bears (even though they lost to the Detroit Lions yesterday! 🙂
