Good morning! I got a call from the lab a little while ago and found out that the Embryo Transfer (ET) will be on Sunday (day 5)! We will get another call on Saturday with the exact time for Sunday. Apparently the ERs go first and then the ETs, so the person I spoke with thought that the earliest time we would get would be 10:00 a.m., but that it could be later. She said that they like for us to arrive about an hour before, the procedure will take about 15 minutes and that in all we would probably be there about 2 hours.

The other big news from the phone call is that ALL 7 EMBRYOS ARE STILL DIVIDING!!! We were very excited to hear that they are all still doing well!

The PIO shot last night went well, it hurt a bit, unlike the first one on Tuesday evening, but the area where the injection went in seems less sore today than the side from Tuesday did yesterday. I have had more energy today and have been doing some housework, so one theory is that since I am moving the muscle more it isn’t tightening up as much and is therefore not as painful. A funny story from the PIO shot last night, I usually get the fluid in the syringe and then give it to Bob to administer. Well somehow last night when I went to fill it up, I didn’t realize that the needle was in an air bubble in the vial and thus didn’t draw up any fluid. We iced the area where Bob was going to inject it and right before he was about to do it, he was checking to make sure a little drop of fluid came up when he pressed the plunger (as you are supposed to before you start) and he noticed there was nothing in there! It was kinda funny and I was grateful he noticed or I would have gotten stuck twice last night when we realized there was nothing to inject the first time!

I have been feeling pretty well today and thus have been able to get more done around the house and spend more time doing some active things with Sean. As it stands now I may not have any more updates until we get the call on Saturday with the time for Sunday. However if I feel like posting about how I am feeling or what I am thinking I may do so.

Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, thoughts and prayers, especially for our 7 growing embryos! It means so much to us! Take care and God bless.
