Another Angel Baby

I want to share about another angel baby I learned about today in the infertility and pregnancy loss blogosphere. Natalie and Den’s son Devin Alin was born still yesterday, at 36 weeks gestation, and my heart just breaks for them. Please pray for Natalie and Den, that they may be comforted by the love and care of their family and friends during this very sad time in their life, as they mourn the loss of their baby boy.

As with other pregnancy losses I have learned about in recent weeks and months, in a strange way I find it helpful to read about the experiences of the parents who have suffered the loss of their child(ren), as I feel like it in some ways prepares me for what to expect if and when Molly dies in utero and is born still sometime in the not so distant future. I have not given up hope that our baby girl will live, however I realize she most likely will not and having some idea of what letting her go may be like, I find comforting. I do believe that Devin is now a very special guardian angel to his Mommy Natalie and his Daddy Den and if and when our Molly goes to heaven, earlier that we might hope and pray for, I believe that she will be our very special guardian angel too.
