I will come back later with more details, but just wanted to let you know that Molly’s umbilical vein actually looked a little better today, her ductus venosus was still abnormal (but stayed the same), the size of her heart went down from 37% of her abdomen last week to 29% (over 33% is considered enlarged), her heart rates (atrial and ventricle) went up a little bit and there were still no signs of fetal hydrops! So I will stay on the Terbutaline and Digoxin at the current dosages and intervals that I am taking them and we will return for another fetal echocardiogram next Wednesday afternoon. We definitely are encouraged by this news and find hope in what we learned today. However, we are still very cautious and trying not to get too excited and continue to take Molly’s journey with her one week at a time. Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, positive thoughts and prayers.
Things looked a little better!
