My anxiety has been higher lately, than it has been in a while.

I’ve determined it would help me to simplify some of my daily routines.

I am letting go of some things that may’ve once served me, but now seem to take up more time than they are worth.

That letting go includes creating collages for and sharing daily accountability posts on Facebook and Instagram, that I have done some version of for 892 days straight.

I will still be accountable for my health and fitness and share about my journey in other ways that work for me (including maybe even blogging more often), while also supporting those in the private accountability groups I facilitate.

It is bittersweet for me to let go of this and I know it will give me more time to focus on other areas of my life that will benefit from more attention, such as getting more sleep (as sometimes I‘ve been inclined to not go to bed until I “made my collage” and/or “did my post”).

This is/was my last collage, that I shared tonight. Tomorrow I will not make or share one and that’s okay.
