Energy!

I just had to share that for the first time, in what feels like a long time, I have a lot of energy! I almost forgot what it was like and how good it feels…

Tomorrow I will be six weeks post-partum and it will have been six weeks since our baby girl was born and went to Heaven. Though we still miss Molly terribly, we also feel a great deal of peace with her being healed and believing that she is with those who went before her and those who have recently joined her (including a good friend of our’s grandmother who died on Sunday).

My six week post-partum appointment is Friday morning. My recovery from the c-section has been going well and I feel very little pain these days. I am looking forward to checking in with our OB and finding out if they have the final autopsy report yet, though we already have a pretty good understanding of why our Molly died. I am also anxious to have my restrictions lifted so I can begin to exercise again, among other things.

Thank you for your comments and your continued support, thoughts and prayers.

I am so happy to “hear” how well you sound on this post.

I am sure everything is going to be great at your appointment and you will be ready to use that extra energy during your workout sessions… I am also looking forward to exercise again.
