Just a quick post to report back on my day 14 lining check yesterday. The thickness of my endometrium lining was 7.8 and it was 5 line. The nurse I met with was pleased to see that. She said they would like to see the thickness closer to 9 by next Thursday, the day of the ET, but that she had no doubt it would get to that by then. She said she would only call me, after the appointment, if my E2 (estrogen) level was not high enough and something in my protocol needed to be adjusted. I did not receive a phone call, so it looks like we are on track! 🙂 I also found out that my E2 on day 5 was 751, which is/was good.
This morning I did my first progesterone vaginal suppository and I will do another tonight before bed. We will also start nightly Progesterone in Oil (PIO) injections tonight. I am not anxious about it, as Bob does well with them. I will continue with the patches and pills through the Beta blood test on 10/22 and will do the Lupron shots until 10/10, the night before the ET. We will receive a phone call on Wednesday letting us know the time for Thursday.
There are a few more antidotes I will share another time about my appointment yesterday morning, but need to get back to getting ready for Sean’s family birthday party this afternoon. It has been a very busy, very fun and a little bit stressful week celebrating our dear son’s 4th birthday! I look forward to his party this afternoon, but also to our life slowing down a bit more after today. Thank you for your continued support, thoughts and prayers!
